Sample Receipt & Inspection
Upon arrival, our team logs your samples into our chain-of-custody system, inspects condition and quantity, and assigns them to the appropriate analytical queue.
Analytical Testing
Your samples are analyzed using validated methods on calibrated instruments. Each result undergoes quality control checks before being finalized.
Results Review & QA
A senior analyst reviews all results for accuracy and consistency. If a Certificate of Analysis was ordered, it is generated, reviewed, and approved.
Results Delivered
Your results and COA are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. You can also view them from your account dashboard at any time.
All turnaround times are measured from the date your samples are received and pass intake inspection.
