How do I submit samples?
All samples are accepted via mail-in. We provide a chain of custody form with your order confirmation. Package your samples securely, include the completed form, and ship to our laboratory address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
What sample size is needed?
Sample size requirements vary by test type. As a general guideline, we require a minimum of 10mg of material. For HPLC purity analysis, 5-10mg is often sufficient. GC-MS and LC-MS analyses may require 10-25mg depending on the complexity of the matrix. Contact us if you have limited material available.
Do you offer expedited testing?
Yes. Rush processing is available for an additional $50 per sample and guarantees a 24-hour turnaround from the time your sample is received and logged into our system. Rush availability is subject to current laboratory capacity.
What's included in the report?
Every report includes full chromatographic data, relevant spectra, quantitative results, methodology notes, instrument parameters, and analyst observations. Reports are delivered as digital PDFs. Raw data files can be provided upon request at no additional charge.
Can I request a custom testing protocol?
